How to register an employment contract
It is necessary to begin with the development and approval of the regulation on the accounting of laborof contracts. This is a sample document that can be easily found and downloaded on the Internet, and then edited in the light of the needs of the organization. For example, in terms of the principles of assigning a number to the document itself when it is concluded and in the records in the labor registerof contracts. In the latter case, there is no strict legal requirement. After the approval of the Regulations, it is necessary to start the accounting log itself in strict accordance with the requirements specified in the Regulations. As a rule, it contains information about the number of the record, date of conclusion of the contract, position, surname, name and patronymic of the employee, date of making the record, the basis for its entry (order of the head about hiring), information about the change and termination of the contract with the date and grounds. Here the employee signs that he received his copy of the employment contract.
