How to register an employment contract
It is necessary to begin with the development and approval of the provision on the registration of labortreaties. This is a standard document that can be easily found and downloaded on the Internet, and then edited in the light of the needs of the organization. For example, in the part of the principles of assigning a number to the document itself at its conclusion and to the entries in thetreaties. In the latter case, there is no strict requirement on the part of the law. The employer can either start a new journal yearly starting with the numbering of the documents entered into it from the unit, or keep the register until the pages run out, and the new one starts with the number following the last one in the previous one. This is especially convenient for small and medium-sized enterprises, where the number of employees andtreaties with them is small.
The document is printed on the letterhead of the organization, indicating its name and location.
In the upper part there is a place for a manager's visa: the word "Approve", below the date field, the signature (after the title of the head) and its decoding. Here, the seal of the organization is put. If there is a legal department or service at the enterprise, the document is visited by this department. The form of journaling is also attached to it. If there are several pages (and usually they are), they are stitched, sealed with the signature of the responsible person with its decoding, position, date and stamp of the enterprise.
After approval of the Regulations, it is necessary to create the accounting journal itself in strict compliance with the requirements prescribed in the Regulations. As a rule, it contains information about the record number, the date of the contract, the position, the surname, first name and patronymic of the employee, the date of the entry, the grounds for its entry (the order of the head for hiring), data on the change and termination of the contract with the date and bases. Here, the employee signs that he received his copy of the employment contract.
