How to submit reports by mail
Reporting by mail can be sent by both valuable and registered mail. Moreover, it is necessary to submit any reports by mail with an attachment list. When sending reports with a valuable letter, a special form is required for compiling the inventory, which can be obtained from the post office employee or at the information desk. In the inventory, in accordance with the columns of the form, all documents enclosed in the letter, their quantity and value are indicated. According to Art. 198 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the completed inventory form must be signed by a person who has a power of attorney for reporting or the head of the company. Then the post office employee is presented with a letter with reports and attached documents in open form to check its contents for compliance with the inventory.
When sending reports by mail by registered mail, an inventory of the attachment is drawn up on a regular sheet of paper and in any form. At the same time, it should be compiled in two copies and signed by the responsible persons of the company. One copy of the shipping list is certified by the postal service and remains with the sender.
For accounting, as well as other types of reporting, the date of dispatch is the date of dispatch of documents, determined by the postmark in accordance with clause 2.2 of the regulations approved by the order of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of Russia of 4 February 2004 No. BG-3-06 / 76. At the same time, it is necessary to keep a receipt for the receipt and payment of the postal item - the time and date of receipt of the letter are indicated on the receipt. When sending, it is advisable to check the clarity of the stamp imprint and the presence of a clear, not smeared date on the receipt.
Receipt, inventory mailing, as well as notification of receipt of the letter by the addressee, must be preserved, since it is these documents that can play a decisive role in the disputes and disagreements that have arisen with the authorities receiving the reports of companies and organizations.
