How to make a presentation for the company
Whatever the broad question you consider before an audience, the presentation should not contain more than 15 slides. Information that "does not fit" in these slides, you can tell orally or prepare handouts. When demonstrating large presentations, the attention of the audience is dissipated, and such presentation is not remembered.
Too much text in the slides will be a mistake. It is worth remembering that the meaning of the presentation is in its clarity. The slides should reflect only the most basic, that which is necessary to remember. The rest is better to tell when slideshow. In addition, a large amount of text in a slide suggests a rather small font that will be difficult to read for visually impaired people, and someone may simply not have time to finish reading the slide before changing it.
The meaning of the presentation is to help the audience understand the main points of the topic you are covering and remember them. In order for information to be remembered better, it is important to use charts and pictures. A short and informative scheme or algorithm will be remembered much better than text.
When creating a presentation you should not experiment with colors and design. Eyes get tired of bright colors, and some ornate fonts are simply not readable. It is best to choose a classic design and use a dark font on a light background, and not vice versa. However, this does not mean that the best presentation is black and white. Unnecessarily simple presentation will be boring.
In the presentation, do not forget to indicate the sources from which you took the information. It is better to do this in the form of footnotes or a separate slide ("References"). Surely the audience will have a desire to read something on the topic independently.
