How to record a part-time job
If an employee works in two positions in the same organization, he needs to write a statement addressed to the director of the enterprise, where he would request that the employee of the personnel department record in his work record a part-time job. In case of dismissal from an additional position, it is necessary to make an entry in the employment record of dismissal, where the seal of the company and the director's signature are not put.
If an employee works in two organizations, he needs to submit a document confirming his employment from an additional job (copy of an order for employment, an extract from the order, an employment contract or a certificate of employment in another organization with the signature of the head of the enterprise and a seal). In the workbook a record of part-time work is made, where the name of the enterprise and the basis are entered (for example, order No. 6/8). When dismissing from an additional place of work, an employee of the personnel department must make an entry about dismissal on the basis of the order of dismissal, which the employee submits to the main place of work.
If an additional job in the same organization becomes the main employee, then records of dismissal from both positions are made in the workbook, then the employee of the personnel department records the admission of the employee to the main position, which was additional.
If part-time work in another organization becomes for the employee the main one, he also needs to resign first from the additional work, to submit an order of dismissal to the main job. Then the employee of the personnel department makes a record of the dismissal from the additional place of work, as well as from the main one. At the main place of work, which was optional, the employee is accepted for the position on the basis of the order.
