How to make a record in the workbook on the transfer
In most cases the translation is preceded by the corresponding verbal agreement with management.
The initiator of these changes can be the employee. In this case, he writes to the head of the statement showing the titles and names with the initials of the head of the organization with reference to its name and his position, and if necessary a structural unit, where he wanted to go.
If the initiative comes from the employer, the employee signs on receipt of written notice, then in written form agrees to the transfer.
On the basis of any of these documents, prepares an order on translation. It shows surname, name and patronymic of the employee, position, new position to which he is transferred, and the date when he should begin his duties in his new capacity. If the transfer is between departments of the organization are specified and that which employs the employee, and where he is translated.
The order is assigned a number, put the date on it. The completed document shall be signed by the head of the organization or the acting and printing.
When the order is ready, in the work book of an employee shall make appropriate entry. Number and date are specified in a common format, dates back to mark the day on which the employee enters a new position (this date may not coincide with date of order: he usually leaves early).
Record translation specifies the new position of the employee and, if he moves to another unit — the name of where he now will work.
To assure entry signature of the responsible person and company seal is not necessary.
