In most cases, the translation is preceded by a corresponding verbal agreement with the management.
The initiator of these changes can be the employee. In this case, he writes to the head of the statement showing the titles and names with the initials of the head of the organization with reference to its name and his position, and if necessary a structural unit, where he wanted to go.
If the initiative comes from the employer, the employee signs on receipt of a written notice, then in a written form gives consent to the transfer.
