How to record in the work book
Employers are required to conduct employmentthe book each employee to sign an employment contract. This duty applies not only to organisations but also to individual entrepreneurs. Date of issuance of the order is written in the same format as the second line, and must be no later than the date of affixing the entries made in the employment the book on the basis of this order.
Currently, labor relations are defined by the Labour code, not a Code of laws on labour, as until 2002. Therefore, when referencing an article of the Labour code "entry of the Labor code of the Russian Federation" is wrong, you need to write "the labour code".
If the workbook is the first record of hiring, in the column date is the number from which employee is recruited, not the date of institution employment record. These two dates may be the same as, or not, but the date of admission to employment shall not be earlier than the date of institution employment record.
