How should the seller behave?
Smile and be friendly. Politeness and the absence of boorish habits - exactly what the buyers expect from you in the store. Unfortunately, often sellers forget that it is people who entered the store who form their wages. Do not allow yourself to make harsh statements, do not argue or criticize the customers. Offer your help in choosing or consulting to anyone who visited the store.
Be persistent. The ability to show this quality comes with experience, becauseseller has no right to impose his opinion. You should gently bring the visitor to purchase the goods. The main thing is to clearly define why the client came - look around and find out the prices or make a purchase. Discharge doubters using your efforts should be ranked in the second group.
Know everything about your product. The seller-consultant becomes a professional only when he carefully studies what he offers to people. You must learn all the functions of the product, its merits and demerits in comparison with others like it. And only after that you will be able to communicate with customers in a truly high-quality manner.
Carefully listen to the wishes of the buyer. Thrown at each visitor, you have every chance to disperse future customers. Leave the advice until better times, first, just listen to what the buyer would like to receive, for what amount, with what functions and for what purposes. Compare all these factors and suggest the most optimal options. It is desirable that there are at least three of them.
