How to behave in an interview for work
Experience and professional skills is not always enough to get the job done. Candidates for the position should know how to behave at the interview that staffing agents and employers no doubt gave them a job.
It is worth remembering that by showing their non-punctuality and being late for an interview without warning, the candidate declares disrespect for the personal time of future colleagues and the boss.
An untidy appearance repels, especially if the candidate has to work with people and participate in negotiations.
Arrogant behavior and reassessment of one's abilities can only be relevant for high positions, otherwise self-confidence may prove to be a sign of a small mind.
False modesty and affectation
Unnatural behavior during the interview prevents to demonstrate the true professionalism and complicates the dialogue between colleagues, partners and superiors. Though the shyness and modesty are not negative quality.
Answers on questions
Applicant must be able to maintain a casual conversation and be able to talk coherently about your experience and professional skills. Refusing to answer questions of the personnel of the agent and citing the presence of answers to resume, the applicant can make a bad impression. In such cases, the employer begins to doubt in these human competences.
Fake recommendations and false information in summary, if you check always lead to failure in the position. Distortion of the facts, despite other achievements of the candidate, never satisfied with employers that are configured on honesty and openness.
In modern companies, familiarity can be welcomed, however for recruiters of serious companies impudent behavior and frivolity is a prohibited quality.
