How to relieve stress at work
Arrange yourself a little breaks. After work, you can go to the gym, bath, home, where you can relax and bring your nervous system in order. Doing the same in your workplace is quite problematic, and colleagues are unlikely to understand. Therefore, arrange for yourself during the work day, small breaks, during which you can tidy yourself up by completing a set of exercises.
Get off while doing the exercises. Find a room where no one will disturb you. It is best if it is ventilated. Depending on the complexity of the work, the exercise should be done 5-7 times a day for 2-7 minutes.
Strain all muscle groups. When, as a result of constant loads, the muscles are in tension, they begin to give it out, which gradually reflects on your emotional state. In order to remove musclevoltage. you need to use all muscle groups.
Squeeze your hands into fists, bending your wrists in the wrist joint. Raise your shoulders and bend your elbows, remove the shoulder blades and lower them down. Strain all the muscles of the face: frown your eyebrows and shut your eyes. You also need to be strained by the press, buttocks and thighs. There should not be any muscles left that you would not strain. After that, count to 10. On account 10, relax, lean back and take a deep breath. Exercise should be done 5-7 times a day. Try to understand which muscles are straining after stress. Parts of all this are the shoulders and hands. Make some relaxing movements. Then tighten these muscle groups as much as you can, and relax again. This will help you quickly cope with the emotions that have overwhelmed you.
To avoid overvoltage onwork try to completely relax before going to bed. When you wake up, bring all the muscles into tonus: peek, stretch, shake hands and feet.
