How to create a production program
Analyze the production activity of your company, at least, for 3 years. In addition, you need actual data to date about the company's activities - availability of necessary equipment, qualifications and number of employees, economic data - concluded and prospective contracts, other microeconomic indicators. Collect the necessary data from the heads of departments, in accounting, from economists and personnel of the personnel service.
