How to compose a certificate from a job
Registration of the certificate must comply with GOST R 6.30-2003, which establishes the requirements for the design of text documents. Since the certificate withplacesof work is an external document, then print it on the company letterhead. It should indicate the full name of the company, its postal address, bank details and contact numbers.
In the upper line of the left corner, specify the date of preparation of the certificate. In the next line, after double indentation in the middle of the page, type in big letters the word "Help".
The organization to which this certificate is provided must necessarily be mentioned in its text. This can be done by putting its name in the upper right corner as the addressee or directly in the text part of the reference, starting the last paragraph with the words: "The reference is given for submission to. ". Specify in the text the full name of the organization for which the certificate was required.
Text part of the help start with the word "Dana", then specify the surname, name and patronymic of the employee to whom it was required. Write the full name of your company and the date from which the employee works on it, do not forget to mention whether he is currently working. Specify the position of the employee and his average monthly earnings.
In the event that a certificate is required for a tourist visa, indicate in it that the workplace occupied by the employee will be retained for him during his absence, and that for the duration of the trip he will be on paid work leave.
After the text part, place the positions and surnames of persons who, under the regulations of the enterprise, are authorized to sign such certificates. In any case, in addition to the signature of the enterprise manager, there must be a visa of the head of the personnel department and the chief accountant. After signing, enter the dates and confirm the signatures with the seal of the company.
