How to make a labor agreement
Typical text of the employment contract is easy to find on the Internet. You can also take it in the center of development of entrepreneurship (or agency for the development of entrepreneurship).
In large cities, trade-union counseling centers that provide legal assistance to employers in matters of formalizing employment relationships are free to work. For example, in Moscow, this is the center of "Protection" in the city of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions, which has branches in every administrative district of the capital.
Carefully read the text of the employment contract. Think about what its provisions suit you, what are not and why. Outline those that you do not like, in your edition, delete irrelevant for your case, add those that, in your opinion, are lacking.
Consider, at the same time, that the social guarantees provided for by the Labor Code to the employee (leave, sick leave, various benefits, dismissal compensation) are relied on whether they are registered in the agreement or not, and the court will unequivocally take his side in the disputed situation.

The services of the latter, moreover, most likely, will not cost you a penny. Or ask to help people familiar with work experience in the personnel field.
