Take a special form. It can be purchased at almost any office supply store in the relevant department. In fact, it is a regular journal, which is lined in accordance with the requirements of the information entered. Lace up the document. Conventional fasteners in the form of clips are unacceptable, so any bookshopping should be stitched, again to avoid falling out and missing pages. If it is not stitched, it will not be considered an official document.
Fill in the title page. On the back fly-leaf you need to write the number of pages, which is in the book, the date of its creation (as an option - the date of the first entry). The authenticity of the information must be confirmed by the signatures of the head of the organization and the chief accountant, as well as the seal of the company.
Filling the bookshopping - responsible action, records are made alternately as goods are received and ownership is transferred. Since this is a strict accountability document, there are a number of requirements for working with it. Corrections are not allowed, and if incorrect information was entered, they are carefully crossed out with a horizontal line, and the necessary information is written next to it with the words "corrected believe." Each correction should be additionally certified by the signature of the chief accountant.
