How to sew a purchase book
Take the special form. It can be purchased at almost any stationery store in the relevant department. In fact, it is a regular magazine, which is differentiated according to the requirements of the information to be added. It is not necessary to use the form printed in the printing house, you can replace it with a household notebook, for example, but you should remember that keeping the bookpurchases involves the phased introduction of invoices, and hence there should be no possibility of writing between the lines. The page layout should be correct, the cell is inadmissible.
Number the pages in order. Usually the number is put manually, with a rare exception, which is possible if the bookpurchases already numbered. This is a mandatory requirement, it is necessary to prevent the disappearance and replacement of sheets.
Lace up the document. Conventional fasteners in the form of clips are unacceptable, so any bookpurchases must be stitched, again to avoid falling out and missing pages. If it is not stringed, it will not be considered an official document.
Fill out the title page. On the back flyleaf you need to write the number of pages that are in the book, the date of its creation (as an option - the date of making the first record). The authenticity of the information must be confirmed by the signatures of the head of the organization and the chief accountant, as well as by the company's seal.
Filling the bookpurchases - Responsible measure, records are entered alternately as the goods arrive and the ownership rights are transferred to them. Since this is a strict accounting document, there are a number of requirements for working with it. Corrections are unacceptable, and if incorrect information was entered, they are carefully crossed out by a horizontal line, and the right information is written along with the words "corrected to believe." Each correction must be additionally certified by the signature of the chief accountant.
