How to become a club administrator
The post of administrator can be claimed by people who already worked in the catering system, as well as those who never crossed the threshold of office premises of clubs and restaurants. At the interview, keep yourself confident. The administrator must make decisions independently and quickly navigate the situation. Do not argue with the employer, but try to demonstrate the originality of thinking and defend your own point of view. The future director must understand that he can rely on you.
Tune in to work associated with ongoing monitoring and conflict resolution. The administrator must come to the rescue in critical cases and be able to solve them as tactfully as possible. Please note that the shortcomings of the work of the staff will also be your problem. If you are not satisfied with the work associated with persistent stress, it is better to look for yourself in another profession.
Learn the terms of future work. Many clubs assume an internship - a time when you work under the guidance of a more experienced employee, not getting paid.
