How to print
It is a necessary legal formality, which assure the signature of the official. But not all cases these props are needed. The current laws are not fixed, in some cases it is, and is not necessary to put a particular stamp. From the current practice seal assure: paper accounting (invoices, estimates, registers, instructions), HR documents and the constituent documents of the company.

Mistakenly put the stamp on the staffing order or letter shall not be cause for panic. Another thing, if you forget to affix the seal to the document where it is really necessary, for example, in the employment contract. In this case, the result can be catastrophic, because if you want to use this document as evidence in litigation, it will not have any legal value.
Avoiding unpleasant situations is possible by writing in the organization's charter the procedure for using print and indicating the list of documents on which the seal must be stamped.
Print - where to put it?
The seal should be placed at the end of the document beside the signature of the official. The print must capture the part of the word denoting the position and not to create problems in the identification of the signature and its decoding.
There are a number of documents on which there is a special marking "M. P." (place of printing). If it is present — your happiness, feel free to stamp on it. Such mark can be found on the accounting papers, forms of certificates on the title sheet of the work book.
