How to set a goal
In order to properly set a goal, you should clearly realize what exactly you accomplish this goal. Because before you were done it without this goal, and now you need to deliver. You have to determine for themselves the necessity of setting goals, and also understand exactly what purpose you want to put, because there are many types of goals.
Now take a sheet of paper and a pen. Imagine yourself ten years from now, and on paper, describe in detail your life as you see her under better circumstances. Describe your life the way you would like it to be. Describe as many details as possible and feel free in your imagination, but remember: you will never get more than what I will write now. That is, if you write that you wanted a million dollars, two million dollars you to can't – it works as a program.
Break your plan into several components: work (write what you want to do, what level of income would like to have, describe the peculiarities of their work in great detail), family (married/are you married, do you have children, what your family relationships as you relax, where you live, what is the social status), social services (how many friends you have, what social characteristics do you possess that you are doing good for society, and that a good society makes for you).
Analyze what was written and highlight the main goals, for example, an apartment, a car, travel, entertainment, etc.
Now each of these points in detail disassemble. For example, take the goal of "flat". A very detailed description of where the apartment is, how many rooms, what she looks like, what house she's in, how much it costs etc in detail disassemble the car – domestic or foreign car, what brand, how much it should cost, what characteristics to possess, what should be color, etc.
Do some visualization. Find images of your goals – pictures of cars, types of seashores, pictures of home, etc. Every time imagine this picture yourself, and even better cut out your photo and paste on this picture.
From all your goals, select the most-most important. There should not be too many of them.
