How to increase performance
Change of the visual object. If you several hours staring intently into the computer screen, look out the window. Look at the picture on the wall, a photo of loved ones, but at least the pictures in the magazine. Just do not get carried away.
Easy drink a Cup of refreshing coffee or tea. If this is not the first Cup of the day, it is better to stop for tea – it also contains the necessary body dose of caffeine. Among the different varieties prefer green or herbal, but with increased pressure to abuse them is not worth it. Snack on fruit or nuts, eat a yogurt or a banana – they are great to restore power and charge your body with energy. Even a glass of warm water will add vitality to you.
Try to get enough sleep. Because no matter how we dreamed that the organism would get used to the new daily routine, one day it will still take its toll. And you will yawn all day.
Take a multivitamin, especially at the junction of the seasons. So you will not suffer from a lack of necessary acids and minerals, and at the same time will prevent many diseases.
