How to increase the salary

Believe me, the person you ask, especially if he is the owner of their own business, day and night are scratching their heads over the same question. And he certainly knows the answer: show me the way to improve business performance and increase in pay will not be the case.
Consider and show the boss the real ways to reduce production costs and increase sales twice, and maybe your salary immediately tripled. Only selling makes money, everything else costs money. Do not forget that in modern conditions of managing is sometimes the only way to find additional funds to increase the wages of the workers is the increase in sales of goods and services.
