How to quit an officer
First of all, it is necessary to properly issue a report on dismissal. The most important point of the document, which should influence the decision of the commission, is the reason for finishing the work. Legislation adopted a list of conditions that are considered valid for dismissal. Such reasons include: the relocation of the family of a soldier abroad, the inability to support the family to receive a salary, the pregnancy of a female officer and the death of a close relative, after which a person cannot continue to work.
The commander of the unit accepting the report must convene an attestation commission to make a decision on dismissal. The commission usually includes: a deputy chief of a unit, commanders of platoon units, lawyers and people engaged in educational work in the unit. The process of the meeting is recorded by the secretary. They are usually appointed one of the officers.
The attestation commission reviews the report and all documents attached to it. It is also necessary to listen to the officer who will personally explain the reasons for which he wants to quit. Following the meeting, members of the commission come to a certain decision. He must be brought to the head of the unit, and he, in turn, will deliver the final verdict.
