How to enter the working rhythm
In the working zeal do not overdo it. Don't load on too much – no overtime in the first week after the holidays or vacation. Look at the situation, make a plan for the next two weeks, dismantle the mail. Place your order on the table, if you don't have time to do it before the weekend.
Take breaks every 20 minutes, you can even do simple exercises, if you have working environment. At lunch, be sure to go outside – even a few minutes in the fresh air will be useful. Better to sit on a bench in the Park than to stay in office and to engage in gossip with colleagues.
Speaking of chatter. After returning from vacation, especially from overseas, try not to annoy colleagues with endless stories about the beauty of the seaside resorts – not all were able to relax with style, your stories can someone irritate.
Leave the holiday plan in the middle of the week. The organism will be much easier to get used to the newrhythm y, if you start working on Thursday, but already on Monday accustom yourself to the working regime: try to get up early, eat at the same time, go to bed on time.
After work, always walk, for example, leave the transport for several stops earlier and walk to the house. Fresh air will calm and set on a restful sleep.
