How to register for unemployment
Prepare for your future dismissal. Under the law on dismissal for staff reduction, you must be warned in advance. Knowing this news, contact the employment center and take a sample of the income statement that you have to provide when putting onregistration. The fact is that it has a slightly different form, rather than the often used form of 2NDFL, with which it is often confused in accounting. To eliminate the loss of time, you should do this in advance.
Ask the accountant to reflect the salary for the last year of your cooperation with this organization. Count the year exactly from the day of dismissal.
Go to the employment center no later than fourteen days after the dismissal. It is this period that is given to citizens forregistration in the center of employment, if they do not want to lose money. If you were registered within two weeks after the termination, you will receive a full salary from the former employer, presenting him with a certificate of absence from work, within three months (maximum period). From the fourth month you will begin to receive benefits from the state. If the registration occurred later, the first three months you will not get any money at all.
If you were fired with a different wording, and not by staff reduction, it is also not worthwhile to delay the campaign with the employment service. After all, you have the right to receive benefits from the first day of registration as unemployed.
Come to pre-arranged meetings at the employment center twice a month. During such meetings, you can be offered a job that fits your education and work experience. In this case, you must go for an interview within three working days. Remember that the rejection of two proposed jobs entails the termination of the payment of benefits.
