How to write in the workbook
Very carefully the design of the title page of the work book. Surname, name, patronymic and date of birth of the owner of the book you need to write correctly to each letter and numeral, referring to the passport data.
In the columns “education” and “profession, specialty” indicate the education and the received specialty on the basis of the diploma presented to you.
The date of filling out the employment record must necessarily coincide with the date of employment.
The seal of the institution must be clear, as must the signature of the person responsible for the employment record.
After filling in these fields you should familiarize the employee with the contents of the title page and record of employment. The owner of the work book is required to put his signature on the title page in the appropriate column.
If a person gets a job for the first time, then in order to make a record of employment, in the column “Information about work” you need to indicate which educational institution he graduated from.
If the employee does not have any document on education, and he did not have any work experience before being hired to your institution, then we note that he has no work experience before being hired.
Next, we write the full name of your institution, correctly, without abbreviations and abbreviations. And only after performing these procedures, we proceed to the employment record.
First, Arabic numerals indicate the sequence number of the entry in the column "number of records", then the year, month and date in the "date". The date specified in this column must coincide with the date of the order on the hiring of this person.
In the column "Information about the work" on the basis of the text of the order or order, we make an entry: hired in such a department or workshop for such a position.
In the column “Based on what the record was made (the document, its date and number), we make an entry: order (order) No. and indicate the date of issuance of the order in Arabic numerals.
When filling out the work book, no abbreviations are allowed.
