How to fill out a work book with an entrepreneur
Place the first pagea little book. if your entry will be the first. Enter your surname, first name, patronymic and date of birth using your passport information. To fill in the “Education” and “Specialty” items, take the corresponding document, specify the type of education (higher vocational, secondary special, secondary general, etc.) and a specialty without qualifications (teacher, economist, lawyer, accountant, etc. .). In the section "Information about work", start recording with filling in the third column of information about an individual entrepreneur (who works, last name, first name, middle name). On the basis of an employment contract, issue an order or instruction to hire this employee, make an entry for the next number in the workbook. Put the date of admission specified in the contract, not the date of filling! Make a complete entry in the third column indicating the position, department, etc. For example: "Accepted for the position of the seller." In the last column write down the type of document, its date and number ("Order of 03.03.2001, № 3"). Note that if the recruitment was carried out before October 6, 2006, then the entry must correspond to the date in the employment contract.
When dismissing an employee, enter the following record number, the date of dismissal, the reason (basis) for termination of the employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, indicating the clause and part of the law, the name of the document, its date and number. It is necessary to indicate the position of the filler, who signs and decrypts, then certifies this record with the seal of the individualentrepreneur. Familiarization of the employee is made under painting. If he was hired before October 6, 2006 and there is no corresponding employment record, then the record of dismissal after this date will not be valid! Last working day is the day of dismissal.
