How to certify a copy of the workbook
To verify a copy of the workbook should be in the personnel department of the organization-employer. If you work in a small firm where there is no human resources department, a person who maintains personalized personnel records must certify a copy of the workforce. In small firms this can be done by the chief accountant. Also, a copy of the workbook can be assured directly by the director of the organization.
We make copies of all completed workbook pages, starting with the first page with personal data and ending with a page indicating the current place of work. Copies of each reversal of labor do on a separate sheet of A4.
On all copies of the workbook pages except the last one, the responsible person of the organization puts the stamp of the company and makes the inscription: “The copy is correct”. Below puts the date of certification copies, writes his position and puts the list. At the same time, the text and print should be half located on the print of the made copy of the employment record, and the second half should be on the free part of the sheet.
The responsible person of the organization puts the same marks on the previous pages of the workbook as on the previous pages: “The copy is correct”, the date of certification, his position and signature, plus the following phrase: “It is up to date”.
A certified copy of the employment record thus excludes any inaccuracies and ambiguities and is accepted by any bank as a document confirming the existence of a permanent place of work.
