The coach helps the client objectively assess its own resources and make up for their lack. Also, joint work with a personal mentor allows the young person to identify their own talents, abilities, tendencies, to understand its uniqueness, to form the answer to the question: "Why the employer should hire You?"
It's no secret that many students have rather low self-discipline. The coach, while working with the client, also performs monitoring functions, which allows the latter to move much faster towards the goals set.
Cooperating with the coach, students receive the following opportunities:
- realize their own desires, reveal talents and abilities;
- form short-term and long-term career goals;
- make a step-by-step plan for their implementation;
- to get necessary experience and knowledge on the necessary specialty even while studying at the university;

In conclusion, I would like to add the following: the earlier you recognize the tendencies and talents of the child, the teenager, the student, the more likely it will be able to achieve meaningful results in career and in life. You know that over 40 years we spend at work 74 880 hours of our lives? It's very, very much! If we do what I like, what happens, what the soul is happiness, isn't it?
I'm sure every parent sincerely wants to see his child happy, we just have to let him do this without imposing our own ideas and attitudes, without driving us into our personal beliefs.
It is impossible to learn how to fly without having tried your strength, but just watching others waving their wings! It is not effective to fly without knowing where and why!
