Remember that the summary should be brief but at the same time have complete information about you. Many employers are viewing these documents briefly, that is why you should be interested in it, focusing on the main points.
Summary should not be greater than sheet A-4, open it only important in your opinion achieve. Better to focus on those that will affect the desired position. That is, if you get a job as an accountant, it is not necessary to describe in detail the results you achieved, working as a consultant in the perfume shop, for example.
The first thing you must specify in summary – it's your data, and surname, name and patronymic must be written in full. Below, specify the desired position, try to its name coincided with that indicated by the employer. That is, if you send a resume for the position of "accountant", not in the "business card" to summarize the profession and to write "economist".
As for coordinates, they also write. It is best to specify those in which you can be contacted in the first place. It is not necessary to inform the employer about all your contacts, for example, the home address is inappropriate.
Then fill in the information about education. Remember that this unit does not have to be reloaded with data that is not necessary to write a detailed name of the institution, simply indicate the abbreviation. Also, specify the period of study and specialization.
Below list the experience. As a rule, to fill this information need in reverse chronological order, i.e. starting from the last to the first. First write the title, then the name of the organization, the date of commencement of work and date of its completion, in the end you can briefly describe your responsibilities.
In summary, you can specify personal information such as date of birth, the presence of minor children, marital status, nationality and other. In the unit "Hobbies" take such Hobbies as literature, art.
Then go on to describe your personal qualities and skills. In this block, indicate such items as knowledge of computer, foreign languages, the availability of a driver's license.
Remember that the summary should contain only accurate information, devising a quality in which you do not possess, with no hope of success, because HR managers are usually very good at reading people, cheating, no good will not result.
