Summary: how to compile correctly
Ask for help to specialist who can help in making a resume. Prepare the necessary documents: work book, diplomas, awards, certificates and badges.
If you have decided to create a summary, break the text into multiple paragraphs. First, complete the personal information (surname, name and patronymic, phone, Fax, e-mail, address). If you have the citizenship of another country, or you do not have a permanent registration in the city of an employer, write about it, as for employment, this may be an important fact.
Specify the name of the posts you are applying for. It is best if they are similar specialties. For highly divergent positions, prepare different summaries.
List organizations in which you worked previously (since the last job, specify the name of the company, your position and briefly describe duties performed). Record the date of admission and departure (reasons and articles of dismissal should not describe, it can be discussed at the interview). Enter information only for the last 10 years. If in your biography there is the experience of a very short relationship with the employer, it is better not to mention these facts of working life.
Write about education. Bring the full names of educational institutions and specialties, do not forget about additional education and courses.
Will post additional information about yourself. This may be a possibility of moving to another city or country, willingness to travel, driving license or medical certificate, knowledge of computer programs and foreign languages. List the key, in your opinion, the personal qualities which are relevant to the employer.
If the company to which you are applying requires you to submit a photo, place a small photo (for example, 3*4 or 4*5 cm, if a larger size is not specified in the requirements for portfolio) in the upper right corner of the summary.
Check punctuation and spelling, analyze the style of writing and evaluate a General view of the feature summary. Don't forget that the first impression is the most important, and if your letter caught the attention and aroused the interest of the employer, placing it to a personal meeting, so the summary was compiled correctly and professionally.
