Get to know the team. Regardless of whether you are accepting an old school or a new one, talk with each teacher individually. Find out what program he works for, whether his school’s work suits him, what he would like to do for its development. Try to establish a calm trusting relationship with the possibility of constructive criticism and free discussion of problems. Certification, accreditation, licensing
Do not forget to find out when the school passed certification and accreditation, as well as the validity of the license. It is possible that your work as a director may begin with filing an application for one of these mandatory procedures. If the school is new, the question of when your school will go through these procedures should be clarified by the education committee.
