The quality of service draws the attention of almost all the guests of the establishment. Therefore, the waiter should be polite, precautionary, but at the same time unobtrusive. During the internship, the waiters study the menu of the institution no worse than the cooks, because it is their visitors who ask how and from which this or that dish is prepared. In prestigious restaurants, the attendants should also orient themselves in the wine list, and understand the intricacies of making cocktails. Communicating with guests
Visitors often only add stress to the waiter. Usually, each waiter serves several tables and is forced to follow the time of serving each dish, trying not to confuse orders. The waiter should be able to avoid such situations, and if they have already arisen - settle as quickly and unobtrusively as possible for other visitors, so as not to spoil the reputation of the institution.
