Tip 1: How to write an explanatory account for absenteeism
First, consider a defense strategy. Formulate your, absolutely valid, reason for absence in the workplace in such a way that management does not have the slightest suspicion of insincerity or even absence of serious grounds for missing a working day. This will be the most important part of the note. Since it is the explanatory that is the document-basis for the decision to impose a disciplinary penalty.
Take a piece of paper and write an explanatory note in a simple written form, as there is no unified sample of such a document. In the right upper part of the sheet, write the requisites of the addressee, starting with the name of the enterprise. Such a note is always written in the name of the head. Most often there will be a start to the "Director". Then write his name and initials. Here, also, indicate the structural subdivision of the enterprise whose employee you are (branch, department, etc.). And, of course, his own name, first name and patronymic.
Now put the date of compilation of explanatory and in the center of the sheet place the name of the document "Explanatory note".
In the content part of the note, indicate the event (absence of such-and-such a number in the workplace), which became the basis for drawing up the document. Describe the circumstances that have developed in such a way that you were forced to miss the working day. Summarize what you have said, briefly summarizing the reason for your forced absenteeism. Sign and indicate next to the transcript of the signature (surname and initials).
