Tip 1: How to write an explanatory message about absenteeism
First, consider a security strategy. Formulate your, certainly respectful, reason for being absent from the workplace in such a way that the management would not have the slightest suspicion about insincerity or even the absence of serious reasons for missing the working day. This will be the most important part of the note. Since it is the explanatory document that is the basis for the decision to impose a disciplinary measure.
Take a piece of paper and write an explanatory note in simple written form, since there is no unified sample of such a document. In the upper right of the sheet write the details of the addressee, starting with the name of the company. Such a note is always written in the name of the head. Most often there will be the beginning of the "Director". Next, write his name and initials. Here you should also indicate the structural unit of the enterprise, of which you are an employee (branch, department, etc.). And, of course, his own last name, first name and patronymic.
Now put the date of the explanatory and in the center of the sheet, place the title of the document "Explanatory Note."
In the substantive part of the note, specify the event (absence of such a number at the workplace), which became the basis for the document. Describe the circumstances that have arisen in such a way that you were forced to skip the work day. Summarize the above by briefly stating the reason for your forced absenteeism. Sign and indicate the name of the signature (surname and initials).
