Tip 1: How to write a recommendation
If you work in an organization - write a letter of recommendation on the letterhead of your company, with details and stamp. If not - then just on a white sheet of paper, in a legible handwriting. If you print a recommendation on a computer, be sure to put a handwritten signature at the bottom of the sheet.
The typical scheme of the recommendation letter is as follows. In short, dry phrases, you need to set out the time period during which you worked as an employee, in what position, what responsibilities you were engaged in. Further, indicate your assessment of the qualifications of this person. If during your work you have something distinguished or received some professional awards, give these facts as well.
The main question that interests any employer is why the employee left his previous job? Be sure to indicate the reason for dismissal in the letter of recommendation, without going into too much detail. Since the recommendation will indicate your contact numbers, a new boss of your former employee will be able to call you and find out all the questions he is interested in personally.
