Tip 1: How to raise income
Show the boss why you deserve a pay raise. You should not mention your desire to get a new phone or about the upcoming trip to Turkey. These facts are of interest only to you. It is possible to talk about the increase in income only if you can show how you are useful to the company, because the boss cares about this particular moment.
Do more than what is expected of you. If you work more than others, you will probably be noticed and appreciated. This skill will give the desired effect only in conjunction with the other recommendations. Otherwise, others (and your employer as well) will perceive you as an ordinary workaholic.
Do everything without delay. This is one of the most important secrets of success. Some people are afraid to make a mistake, therefore, before starting any business, they weigh and measure everything. Do the opposite: do everything as quickly as possible, and learn from mistakes. Some players make thousands of misses and hundreds of excellent strikes, others never miss, but they only have two or three dozen goals. An example must be taken from the first.
Improve your skills. Graduation does not mean that you know everything. Imagine a doctor who graduated from college in the 70s. of the last century and not received since then no new information in the medical field. There is hardly anyone willing to be treated by such a specialist. If you do not improve your skills, then sooner or later you will come to the same result.
Become indispensable. A rare leader wants to spend all the time at work. He needs people to whom he can delegate duties. Become such a person, do not be like people who are not ready to do something above the norm, take responsibility for the fact that your direct responsibilities are not included.
