Tip 1: How to obtain a work permit in Germany
To obtain permanent or temporary job abroad is not easy, especially if it comes to Germany. The Germans are renowned for their precision and accuracy, so even the slightest negligence in employment can be fatal.
Visit one of the websites that host job Postings abroad (including in Germany). For example, http://job.24ru.com. However, many employers, even those who publish ads in Russian (apparently, from the number of former citizens of Russia and CIS countries) require that applicants were required to speak German or at least English at an acceptable level. It is not even that you may be required to work one of these languages, and that all blank documents that you will need to register on their own can only be filled in German or English.
If you are proficient in German, at least at the initial level, contact the labor exchanges online in Germany (http://jobboerse.arbeitsagentur.de, http://jobs.meinestadt.de, etc.) and find the vacancies that interest you.
Graduated from special language courses for leaving for permanent residence in Germany or wishing to work in this country and will receive a certificate of attendance. In that case, if you already speak German, pass special tests at once.
According to the results of searches, contact the employer (or his representative in Germany or Russia) and stipulate conditions of execution of the employment contract. Usually it is easier just to work for those who go for permanent residence in Germany and has a certificate on completion of language courses (with test results), a copy of which must be applied to the basic documents. In addition, you will need:
- an autobiography in German (with a photo);
- a certified copy of the diploma of graduation from an institution of higher education or a secondary special educational institution (apostille);
- certified copies of certificates of marital status, the presence of children and non-conviction (apostils);
- certified copies of documents from the previous place of work (apostille);
- certified copies of identity documents (apostille).
In addition, other apostilled documents may be required to work on each specific profession.
Send the documents to the employer a letter with notification (need a special envelope A4). Please note: all documents are filed in a specific order in a special daddy and then forwarded to the employer. Some employers can refuse only because the documents are not in order or folder when you forward a little wrinkled.
If the employer has decided to conclude an employment contract with you, be sure to ask him if he has permission to hire foreign labor, and only then sign a contract.
After signing the contract send to the Consulate of Germany application for a work visa which can be issued in a period from several days to several weeks. The employer himself will execute all other documents, contact after your arrival in Germany, the local office of the Arbeitsamt.

Share your experience, perhaps someone it will be useful. As a student he visited Germany, pulled the language, there was a desire to move to the country. An asset to Germany, I was not, because you decided to climb in Russia. There have been many attempts to organize a business, not always successful. Most importantly — I did not sit on the spot and very quickly was able to learn how to earn. A real business plan and a sufficient amount of euros allowed me to apply for a residence permit after 5 years of living and doing business in Germany has become permanent. Consider the business immigration is the ideal form of residence permit for those who have the funds. Business organization or purchase profitable real estate in Germany offer not only legal residence in the country, but also stable income. And remember, half of success depends on those who will accompany and guide you in the organization and conduct of business in the country.

In terms of buying property in Germany attracts by the simplicity of transactions of purchase and sale. The whole procedure takes no more than 2-3 months. In a nutshell, you choose a specific object contract at the notary, after full payment and signing of the contract of sale you become the legal owner. The object is entered in the unified register of real estate, and then the notary sends you all the documents. I was even easier — I gave the agent his wishes and then I just had to choose. No collection of documents or a search of an interpreter, nor other care have not touched — the guys from the agencies themselves did.

Tips sought in a business environment, in specialized magazines and on the Internet, phoned and visited many offices before he found those who could trust their ideas and who walked the path to their implementation. To this day we work with kaiser-estate.ru. Able to work, and most importantly love their job.
