At present, labor relations are determined by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and not by the Labor Code, as before 2002. Therefore, when referring to the article of the Labor Code, the entry of the "Labor Code of the RF" is incorrect, it is necessary to write "TC RF".
If the first record of employment is made in the work record book, the date in the column is the number from which the employee is accepted into the state, and not the date of placement of the work record book. These two dates may or may not coincide, but the date of employment should not be earlier than the date of placement of the work record book.
