The rest of the record of hiring the head of the organization is no different from entering information about enrollment to any other position. The title in column 3 is the full name of the organization, and if available, the abbreviated one.
Records are assigned a sequence number strictly following the previous one, if it is present in the document.
The date is entered strictly in the column intended for it, in the fields reserved for each value. Day and month are designated by two digits, if necessary, put ahead a zero, year - four.
The text “Recruited to the position of general director (or other job title)” is entered in the third column. Those who prefer the decision of the founders (or one founder) as the basis prefer the formulation “appointed”.

Entries in the employee's workbook are made mainly in the section on job information. This is, first of all, information about his admission to work, transfer from one position to another or between divisions of the organization and the record of dismissal.

Section "Information about the work" of the workbook is a table of four columns. The first is for the record sequence number. Next: the date of entry, the main stages of the employee’s work biography and information about the document on the basis of whicha record .
The record number must be next in order after the last one made in the workbook earlier.
The date is entered in the format “number in two digits, month in two digits, year in four digits”. For example, February 1, 2011 - "01.02.2011", and the tenth of October 2011 - "10.10.2011". Each component of the date (day, month and year) is entered strictly in the subgraph assigned to it.
The column on job information records all relevant information about the employee’s career in the organization: employment, transfer to another position or to another department, dismissal with indication of the reason (of his own will or indication of the Labor Code article).
For example: “Taken to work as a driver”, “Taken to work in a commercial service as a senior sales manager”, “Moved to the position of head of corporate sales”, “Dismissed at will”, etc.
The last column records data of the order (on hiring, transfer, dismissal) with the date of signing and serial number. For example, “Ex. No. 121 of 04/21/2010. ” The date of publication of the order is written in the same format as in the second column, and must be no later than the date of the entry made in the labora little book based on this order.
At present, labor relations are determined by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and not by the Labor Code, as it was until 2002. Therefore, when referring to an article of the Labor Code, the entry “Labor Code of the Russian Federation” is incorrect, you need to write “Labor Code of the Russian Federation”.
If the first record of employment is made in the workbook, the date is the number from which the employee is accepted to the state, and not the date of the employment record. These two dates may or may not coincide, but the date of admission to work should not be earlier than the date on which the employment record book was entered.
