Tip 1: How to resign materially to the person in charge
Only the documentary registration will allow you to apply Article 81. If the facts are not proved, then you can not dismiss the materially responsible person under the article for distrust.
Check all entrusted material values. When checking should include representatives of administration. If found to be missing, create a written inspection report in three copies. Each instance requires the signature of all Committee members and financially responsible person.
