Tip 1: How to fill out a certificate of average wages
As a rule, the average earnings shall be calculated by multiplying the average daily wage of the worker the average number of working days in the period for which calculations are conducted. And average daily earnings are considered as follows: the amount of wages actually accrued, divided by the number actually worked during a given period of days. This information should be reflected in the certificate of the average wage circuit board. The certificate is usually issued from the last place of work. It is completed on a special form, the sample of which was specially installed and approved.
The main condition for the filling — you need to have all of the fields that appear on the form was filled. If some data is missing, you need these fields to make a line. And, of course, must necessarily include the value of average earnings of a person who had at the last place of work.

And, of course, the text, embossed on the print body and printed in the work book, must coincide with a similar stamp on the certificate of average earnings.
Certificate of employment on average earnings is made at the written request of the employee, which it may require, for example, to receive a benefit in connection with the dismissal. In order to place it correctly the first time, pay attention to some important nuances.
In the upper left corner on the sheet reference should stand corner stamp (if any), if the company does not have it, the inscription "Corner stamp company has" which shall be signed by the head and the decryption and printing of the enterprise. In the text references must be listed organization name, VAT number, registration number in social insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, INN of the employee, his surname, name and patronymic — completely. Don't forget to put down the reference number and date of registration of issued certificates.
The period of work at the enterprise with the indication of the date of admission and dismissal is filled in accordance with the entries in the work book.
The certificate should reflect the salary paid for the last three months before the dismissal. If the months are replaced, then indicate for what reason this was done and the reason.
Please fill out the box indicating the gross wages for the last 12 months preceding the dismissal. Specify for each month the planned number of working days actually worked, why, if these values are not the same.
In the certificate should reflect the nature of the work: summarized recording of working time, the incomplete working day or working week. Specify at what time and on which the employee worked a partial day or a week, how many hours per day or days per week, the order number and date.
When calculatingsecondaryearnings guided by the methodology approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of labour and social development of the Russian Federation No. 62 from 12.08.2003 it stipulated the cases when the calculation period excludes the time and assessed for his salary. In particular, it can be in cases when the employee received temporary disability benefits or benefits for pregnancy and childbirth, or they are not able to work because of the employer.
