What time to start a business day
According to many books on personal effectiveness, the best time for starting work is early morning. For example, Steve Pavlina, a well-known coach for self-development, gets up every day at five o'clock in the morning and has time to cope with all the tasks before lunch. Almost the same is claimed by Stephen Covey, Robin Sharma, David Allen and others.
However, there can be no exact answer to this question, since each person is individual. Some prefer to work in the evenings, others prefer to work in the morning. It is best to focus on your own health and experience. If you know that at five o'clock in the morning your will and desire to work will be at the maximum, then you should take this information into service.
You can also analyze your own biorhythms. On the Internet, there are many applications that help determine periods of recovery and recession in various spheres of life. If you do not trust them, then just analyze your daily activities. Look at what time you perform the most tasks, and in what - less.
The easiest way to apply such advice is by working at home. You set the schedule yourself, so you can work in conditions that are comfortable for you. It is best to conduct an experiment and try for 2-3 weeks to work in the morning, and then the same - in the evening. Record the results and draw conclusions.
If you work exclusively in the office, then resort to planning cases. For example, if at the beginning of a work day you are clearly inferior in performance, then perform some minor, minor assignments. Then, as you approach the peak of activity, start performing increasingly complex tasks.
Talk to management. Perhaps you will be allowed to come later or earlier, taking into account that you work out all the required hours. If, for example, you work very well at night, then take part of the work home, cutting down the work cases in regular time.
Remember that the new time may seem to you ineffective simply because you are not used to it. In principle, you can ideally work out at any time of the day, if you create a habit. No wonder that in childhood many were taught to make up the regime of the day. When the body does the same activity for several days at the same time, it eventually gets used and optimizes its work. Therefore, even your current hour of work can be the most optimal.
