Statement of dismissal in different situations
Write a statement "at will" as it is, stipulates Art. 80 of the LC RF. Notify the employer about the forthcoming dismissal for 14 calendar days, specify the date in the application. The warning period starts to flow the next day, after the employer receives your application.
If you have an agreement with the management on the date of termination of the employment relationship, state in the application an agreed number. But in the order on dismissal and in the workbook as the reason for dismissal will be "on their own".
In the application, include the necessary requisites of the organization, its head, your full name and position, the date of drawing up, the signature. The statement itself is stated as follows: "Please dismiss me from my post on the basis of Art. 80 TC RF, at own will on March 22, 133. " The date of dismissal will be the last day of work.
If the dismissal is by agreement of the parties (part 1, article 77 of the LC RF), it is not necessary to complete two weeks. In this case, an additional agreement is signed to the labor agreement on the termination of the employment relationship, which can not be unilaterally refused.
The application should be written as follows: "I ask to give consent to the termination of the employment contract concluded with me under clause 1 of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation by agreement of the parties in connection with the urgent transfer of the spouse to another district on April 16, 2013".
When it comes to dismissal in connection with the transfer, the application is written as follows: "Please dismiss me as a transfer to Antey LLC on 11/12/2013. I enclose a letter about the transfer of Antey LLC No. 445-45 dated December 10, . This application is addressed to the current employer with reference to the future employer.
There is another option of dismissal - leave care with subsequent dismissal. In such a statement, write: "I ask that you give me an annual paid leave lasting 28 calendar days from 15.06.2013, with subsequent dismissal at will." On the basis of this statement, two orders will be issued: on granting leave and on dismissal. Day of dismissal will be considered the last day of vacation.
