A letter of resignation in different situations
Write the application "at own will" as it provides article 80 of the LC RF. Will notify the employer about the forthcoming dismissal 14 calendar days, enter the statement date. The notice period begins to run on the following day, after receipt by the employer of your application.

This statement is addressed to the current employer with reference to the future employer.
There is another option of leaving — on leave with the subsequent dismissal. In this statement, write: "Please provide me with an annual paid leave of 28 calendar days from 15.06.2013 g. with the subsequent dismissal at own will". On the basis of the request will be issued two orders: on vacation and resignation. The day of the dismissal will be deemed the last day of vacation.
