Statement of dismissal in different situations
Write a statement "of your own free will" as it provides for Art. 80 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Notify the employer of the forthcoming dismissal of 14 calendar days, indicate in the application the appropriate date. The warning period begins the day after the employer receives your application.
If you have an agreement with the management about the date of termination of the employment relationship, enter the agreed number in the application. But in the order of dismissal and in the workbook as a reason for dismissal will stand "of their own will."

If the dismissal occurs by agreement of the parties (Part 1 of Art. 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), it is not necessary to finalize two weeks. In this case, an additional agreement is signed to the employment agreement on termination of the employment relationship, which cannot be unilaterally withdrawn.
Write the application as follows: “I ask to give consent to the termination of the employment contract concluded with me under clause 1 of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation by agreement of the parties in connection with the urgent relocation of a spouse to another district on 16.04.2013.”
When it comes to dismissal in connection with the transfer, the statement is written as follows: “Please dismiss me in the order of transfer to Antey LLC on December 11, 2013. There is another option for dismissal - going on vacation, followed by dismissal. In such a statement write: "I ask you to give me an annual paid leave of 28 calendar days from 15.06.2013, followed by dismissal at my own will." On the basis of this statement, two orders will be issued: on granting leave and resignation. Day of dismissal will be considered the last day of vacation.
